A varied circular tour with wonderful views, mysterious earth pyramids, and a peaceful little pond – perfect for a leisurely afternoon ride around Jenesien.

ROUTE DESCRIPTION

Start directly from the house. Ride through the village of Jenesien, past the Wiedumwiese meadow, and then uphill for a short stretch to the Locher entrance. Here, forest road no. 2A begins, gently climbing to the Locher viewpoint – with a fantastic view of the legendary earth pyramids.

Continue along a well-maintained path toward Tschaufen. From there, the return route begins: follow trail no. 7 uphill once more to the Tschaufen Pond – a quiet, scenic spot perfect for a short rest.

Then follow the Nobls loop trail, which leads back to trail no. 7. From there, it’s an easy descent toward the Gasthof Edelweiss and on into the village center – back to the starting point.
